The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. I would have given it 5 out of 5 if it wasn’t for the terrible water pressure. Other than that it was a great stay. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return.
Great stay. Attentive staff (especially gentleman who checked ne in night of 12/8/23 (wrote down his name but left it in room). Great first impression and thorough with where everything was, time of breakfast, and explained incidentals). …
This was the best best western plus we have stayed at. I will admit I’m not a frequent best western customer. We were on a road trip and many hotels were sold out due to a local sporting event. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. And the parking was abundant. The property was quiet both inside and out. I would definitely stay here again.
Very nice stay. The room and the hotel were very clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was very good. My wife and I stayed here during the first half of October, and there were already tons of Halloween …
We stayed here during a trip to Salem because the price was much better than staying right in Salem. The location was good for that, traffic can be crazy so it takes a little bit to get to and from Salem, but we expected that and it was fine.
The room was clean for the most part, but the window and the door were filthy.
The beds were very uncomfortable. We were in a room with two queens and both beds had a noticeable hump in the middle and just felt very worn out.
The parking lot is up a bit of a hill. The only parking spaces not on the hill are handicapped ones. This isn’t a huge deal unless you have mobility issues, but something to be aware of if you do.
We had an issue with our door and maintenance had to fix it while we were out. When we returned, our door was propped open with a crowbar and nobody was around. Maintenance had left all their things in our room and just left with our door left wide open for anyone to come in and take our belongings. When the maintenance man returned he was very kind and apologetic, which I appreciate, but I find it very disappointing and uncomfortable that our space was just left wide open for anyone to wander into and help themselves.
Overall, it was a decent hotel, but I don’t believe I will be returning.
Cool hotel. The hill leading up to the building is enjoyable while entering and exiting. I was glad to see they have a hydration station to fill water bottles. Small thing, but it goes a long way. Breakfast was tasty. Toilets were powerful. Back patio allowed for some peaceful time outdoors. Lastly, the folks working at the front desk were friendly and patient.
The room was rather large, nice and clean. Their breakfast is good, they have a nice variety and even a grab bag if you're in a hurry, which is a nice plus. They also have coffee available 24/7, another nice plus. The service wasn't so great, the clerk couldn't find my reservation and I had to inconvenience my coworker by calling and waking him up. It turned out my reservation was there, and the clerk just wasn't paying attention, but he insisted it was my fault. The next morning the maid tried to get into my room to clean because they believed I had already checked out, even though they were told by the rest of the group I was still there. Thankfully I had the latch on. I stay at hotels a lot, and never had any of that happen before.
We had a lovely stay. The room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, well stocked, hot and delicious. We loved the indoor pool and the water bottle filler and coffee 24/7. We will be staying again at this location.
